WEBSITE INFORMATION
A.1)
Contents and services of the site relevant for the purposes of processing personal data.
1.General Information. Please note that the site is freely accessible without any obligation for visitors to release data; there are some sections that are not visible from the navigation menu and are accessible only to those subscribed to the newsletter, using the methods indicated below. The site also provides the possibility of creating pages with restricted access for those subscribed to the site, which the Owner does not currently use.
2. Newsletter.
1. Optional registration. The Alessandro Orlandi site provides the possibility for the user to subscribe to the Newsletter, by filling in specific forms on the site, which will be described in the following paragraph 6 of this article.
2. Contents and purposes. The newsletter is a periodic email service that summarizes the contents published on the site or on the pages and social profiles, as well as Alessandro Orlandi's web channels, any preview content and news on the site's services, as well as event updates, both free and paid, as well as inspirational content. The Newsletter service is also used for promotional purposes of the services provided by Alessandro Orlandi, with moderation and without the use of sales email sequences (so-called E-mail marketing, with which an attempt is made to convince potential users to purchase with pressing emails spaced out in time).
3. Frequency. The frequency of the Newsletter is generally monthly: one per month, except for any additional communications when there are news of interest to subscribers or services, courses, events or useful updates. Subscribing to the newsletter does not oblige the owner to periodically provide update emails at a fixed frequency, so there may be periods of pause and absence of the service.
4. Revocation of consent and cancellation. People subscribed to the newsletter have the option to revoke their consent to registration and request the cancellation of their data at any time by clicking on the appropriate button for immediate cancellation contained in each newsletter email or by contacting Alessandro Orlandi directly also at the email address cipi90@gmail.com. In the event of multiple registrations with the same name but with different email addresses, if the subscriber requests cancellation by clicking on the appropriate link contained in the newsletter email from one of the email addresses, the cancellation will extend to all data including other email addresses released with different registration forms.
5. Interruption of the service in the event of behavior not in line with the service. In the event of behavior not in line with the service by a subscriber, the Owner is free not to send the newsletter to the person who has behaved in a manner not in line with the service. By way of example, inappropriate behavior includes all those initiatives of invasion of the privacy of the Owner and his family members, with messages or communications sent by any means, even not related to the newsletter, invasive and inappropriate (by way of example: advances of various kinds, insults or behaviors aimed at suggesting and manipulating, such as mind reading, extravagant rituals, unsolicited predictions of the future and unauthorized confidences).
3. Data acquisition forms.
1. The site contains specific forms that can be filled in by users, which provide for the release of data for specific purposes. Users can therefore spontaneously release their data for the purposes expressly indicated in the individual forms better described in the following point A.3) of this information notice.
2. The site forms are the following:
- contact forms

- free call request form: the purpose is to contact the person who made the request via email in order to concretely arrange the cognitive and evaluation call or video call, for the possible provision of services offered by Alessandro Orlandi. If in the exchange of emails subsequent to filling out the form, the user provides telephone numbers or other contacts, as well as other personal data, the processing and storage of the same will be limited to the purpose for which they will be provided and for the time necessary to complete the purpose; furthermore, if the user subscribes to the newsletter, provided as an optional option, the processing is also carried out for these purposes as specified above.
- forms for any registration for courses, webinars, free or paid events with the option to subscribe to the Alessandro Orlandi Newsletter The purpose of the processing is to provide the user with all the information via email to the email address indicated by the user, relating to the event (such as access links for webinars on platforms, any material, etc.) and to inform the user about updates and future initiatives relating to the same topic, even paid ones, as well as for the contacts necessary for the stipulation of the contract when it concerns a paid course or event (in this case the processing will be regulated by a specific information notice at the time of the contract and the legal basis of the processing is constituted by the contract itself). If in the exchange of emails subsequent to filling out the form, the user releases telephone numbers or other contacts, as well as other personal data, the processing and storage of the same will be limited to the purpose for which they will be provided. If the user has chosen to subscribe to the newsletter, an option provided as optional, the processing will also take place for this purpose as specified above.

Methods of storage of the forms filled out and sent by the user
1. What happens when you fill out a registration form for the general newsletter?
To register for the general newsletter of the site, starting from April 2022, a form prepared with the Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) auto-responder service is used. Filling out the form involves automatic insertion into a list dedicated to the distribution of emails of the general newsletter of the Alessandro Orlandi site. Brevo therefore has access to the data released by users who sign up for the newsletter, in compliance with the legislation in force for the processing of personal data.
To find out the conditions of use of Sendinblue, which are also accessible during registration, access this page https://it.sendinblue.com/legal/termsofuse/ . To learn about Brevo's (formerly Sendinblue) privacy policy, access this page
https://it.sendinblue.com/legal/privacypolicy/
2. What happens when you fill out other forms created directly on Alessandro Orlandi's website? The forms made available on the website described in point A.2) for the purposes indicated in point A.3) once sent by the user, are archived in a specific project section of the site accessible only by the Data Controller. Once the form has been sent by the user, the Data Controller receives an email from the platform with the notification of the form submission and the completed form.
In this regard, it is noted that the site was created by Webnode which also manages these services relating to the forms. To learn more about Webnode's privacy and cookie policy, visit the page https://www.webnode.it/informativa-sulla-privacy/
A.11)
Management methods of newsletter emails and lists for course and/or event registration, processing and storage of data for these purposes
1. Mail management service. The Data Controller uses the Sendinblue service to forward newsletter emails or information relating to course or event registrations.
2. How the service works. With this service, the Data Controller enters the data acquired with the forms received from the site or obtains direct entry using the forms directly created with Sendinblu (as in the case of the newsletter - see art. A10) point 1) in mailing lists created with Sendiblue, according to the purposes for which the data were processed: newsletters, course and event registrations and information on initiatives for thematic areas. The lists are used to forward emails to users, automatically, after setting and programming by the owner.
3. What information does the owner receive from Brevo (formerly Sendiblue)? Once the email has been sent, Brevo allows the Owner to see the users who have opened the email (single and multiple openings) and the users who have clicked any links within the email (single and multiple clicks), with the indication of the date on which the user performed the action.
4. Blacklist. Furthermore, Brevo automatically blacklists the data of users who have revoked their consent to the processing of data for the newsletter, through the appropriate cancellation button present in each email sent via the service. The physical deletion of data from the lists and contacts, as well as from the contact acquisition forms, is handled by the Owner who promptly proceeds, as soon as the revocation of consent is seen.
5. Other information on the service. To consult the privacy policy and cookie policy of Brevo (formerly sendinblue) you can view it on these pages:
https://it.sendinblue.com/legal/privacypolicy/
and https://it.sendinblue.com/legal/cookies/
6. Any responses to the newsletter by the subscriber and subsequent communications from the owner. If the subscriber responds to the newsletter by sending an email to the Owner, the subscriber's email address will be used to respond if necessary. The owner's response can also come from his/her personal email address cipi90@gmail.com or info@alessandrorlandi.it .
